How quickly will my package be shipped?
If you have paid (except by bank transfer, this can take several days) before 17:00, we will ship the package the same day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

Your order is offered twice (or delivered to the neighbors). Your order will then go to the nearest post office to pick up. Your order will stay for 2 weeks to pick it up and then the order will be returned to us.
