Exchange and return

Is the product not quite what you expected? 

 

OPTION 1: Via returnservice Returnista with DHL, DPD of UPS
Step 1: Go to the following link https://mevrouwaardbei.returnista.com/en
Step 2: Select te item to be returned with the correct return reason. 
Step 3:
You can choose to drop off the package yourself or have it picked up by DPD, DHL or UPS.
The costs within the Netherlands are: €5.65 for drop-off or €6.25 for pick-up. (For more countries, scroll down this page.)

 

OPTION 2: Would you rather take the package to another delivery service?
Step 1: Open our returnform fill it in and add it to your return.
If you do not have a printer, write down the points to be filled in from the form on a note and remove the shipping label from the box so that the package is not accidentally sent back to you.
Step 2: Go to a delivery service of your choice. The costs for the return are for your own account.

 

REQUIREMENTS
-Make sure that your order is back with us within 30 days of receipt
-Personalized items, wallpaper, earrings and pacifiers in unsealed packaging cannot be returned.
-Make sure the item is in perfect condition. Unused, undamaged and odorless.
-The attached labels and strings must be included with shoes, hats and clothing.
-The packaging of the item must be original and undamaged.
-Make sure you use our or another sturdy shipping box (a bag or regular envelope will not suffice) that is well filled up so that the item cannot be damaged.
-Don't forget to remove the old shipping label or stick the new label over the old one.
-Keep the proof of return well until we have processed your return.


When will I get my money back?
If we have received your return in it's original state, we will refund the money within a few days.

My purchase was delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We are very sorry that you have a complaint about an item delivered by us. Always send an email with a photo of the complaint to our customer service via [email protected] before returning an item. Do not forget to mention the order number. We will try to resolve your complaint for you as soon as possible! 

Can items be exchanged?
Items cannot be exchanged for other items. If you still want a different size, color or product, you can return the unwanted item, we will credit it to you within a few working days. In the meantime, you can order the correct product again in our webshop, which you will have at home the next day (provided everything goes well on the part of the shipping company).
